  What is there to say....a great piece of kit. Comfortable, lightweight, gives me more movement and more confidence in goal. Recommend this to every keeper! One thing to note is that it is designed to stop bunching at the waste therefore it is quite short...if you have non Obo shorts, this may create a gap that you might want to think about filling at some point.   Sound body armour that is 'ridged' enough around the core of the body so almost provides a exo-skeleton type mould. Steps are good and easy to use/ adjust. Foam neck support which is for comfort as the strapping lays across the back may become worn quickly but it will not impact the performance of the kit. I use it connection with obo elbow pads and it works well. Very snug and comfortable with good range of movement.   Lighter than my previous Cooper Ice hockey armour and will hopefully last as long. Fits well and allows plenty of movement. The adjustment seems fine so far and the design fits well with Obo's gloves and my padded shorts. The fastening for the arm guards does need a rethink as it could easily be made more robust with a simple anchor point so that the velcro strap just has to loop through and attach to itself.   Have been trying to find a system for my son who finds getting the kit on quite arduous. So we bought the chest guard & arm guards as 2 separate items which have suited him perfectly. We had to send the chest guard back as very tight though perhaps the large is too loose- could do with more advice on how correctly the kit should fit. Opted to stay with the larger size in the end. Good quality product. Really like the OBO brand- suits my son well. very pleased with Barrington too- no hassle sending back & arranging replacement.
