  I recently bought the Velocity 1 and have loved it. It's the lightest stick I've ever used. It is also a very ridged stick which gives an absolutely amazing feel to it, but I would recommend putting a second cushion on top of the one already on the stick to help with hitting it doesn't take away from the feel/touch at all. On the head of the stick is a is a sandpaper like substance, and on the rest of the stick is a plastic like coating. the first practice I used it the coating started to peel off, now there's hardy any sandpaper stuff on the head, and the stick looks like there's bubbles where the plastic like coating is peeling off. I think if you tapped around with it a bit before throwing it into a full on practice it might not have the peeling affect mine has. The bow is perfect for doing the 3d skills without having too much bow to affect your hitting and slapping. Overall the stick is perfect, but the cosmetic side could use some improvement.
