I purchased last years version of this shoe and will be purchasing this years model as well. The Adidas Lux is by far the most comfortable shoe that Adidas have ever produced for hockey and in my opinion, the most comfortable hockey shoe on the market. The small studs give great grip and this is particularly noticeable when changing direction whilst the sock-type upper gives a firm fit around the ankle area. This years model is of course the same but with a new colour scheme and I'm loving the look of the Scarlet/Aqua style. The adidas lux are the most comfortable astros adidas have made by far and are very responsive when changing direction. The lightness of the shoe is a major strength as it allows me to be lighter on my feet whilst the sock upper giving me a firm base. I had purchased these shoes last season and was impressed with them which led me to purchase them again this season. I prefer the colour scheme for this year but I am still disappointed at the level of protection the shoe gives on the upper foot hasn't been increased and the fact that the Astro spikes wear away very easily however these are still the best shoes out on the market in my opinion.james, colchesterWas this review helpful to you?yes no
