  With the cold winter training sessions coming up I was looking for a pair of warmer gloves to wear. When they arrived, I tried them on and was happy to find they fitted excuse the pun...like a glove. They feature a super grippy palm and if i'm honest i find it a tad too grippy. But for training I can deal with this. I would not wear these in a game as they don't offer any protection but for cold training sessions or wearing pitch side they are great.   These were the smallest size I could find for my 8 year old son. They protect from the cold although are not waterproof . The fingers are long and the fit is a little tight across the palm, the fastenings are secure and don't come loose in the wet.
