Bought these to help for those knocks you get on the pitch. However first use was this weekend and did as instructions said on the side squeezed and the compartments did break but also a hole appeared and the once applying to the affected area it leaked out onto shorts and made a mess and became useless as more of it came out and stopped being cold at all.
